Hand Assembly & Kitting

The Reserves Network is currently seeking a hand assembly worker to work at a marketing company located on Cleveland’s Westside. You will be completing hand assemblies on mailing inserts, folding, applying postage and seal publications such as post cards, folded mailers, magazines, catalogs, and brochures according to postal regulations.

Duties include:

Match, assemble and insert mailing items into an envelope.
Collate and assemble printed materials which may be inserted into a binder or kit.
Collate and assemble miscellaneous types of materials into a special promotional box or cartons.
Pack materials using a variety of procedures and techniques, affix labels, seal cartons and place on pallets/in bins for distribution.
Binding of presentation packets and calendars, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements include:

Experience in hand assembly work and kitting is required.
Strong attention to detail.
Previous mail room experience is required.
Ability to read production orders and complete jobs.
