Job Description
Hose Assembler
The Reserves Network is currently hiring a Hose Assembler for a busy manufacturer in North Miami. As the Hose Assembler, you will be responsible for filling customer orders according to sales order specifications.
What a typical day will look like:
- Fill customer orders.
- Obtain merchandise of hose and related fittings from floor or shelf location.
- Ensure completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
- Operate material handling equipment and light fabricating hand tools or forklift.
- Assemble and repair hoses of various shapes, sizes, chemical use and pressures.
What you need:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience with trades such as auto parts assembly, plumbing, construction or industrial market.
- Some hose assembly experience or working knowledge a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Read and interpret tape measure.
- Bilingual a Must – English and Spanish
- Strong math skills add and subtract fractions and calculate percentages.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills required.
