 DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role with existing carrier/vendor relationships
  • Account management skills and Vendor management experience
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of contract and carrier/vendor management principals
  • ISP/WISP/Fixed Wireless Carrier experience
  • Contract negotiations (pricing) experience with Managed Services Providers
  • Experience red-lining service agreements
  • Telecom product experience
  • Ability to create data reporting related to ISP pricing using Excel or Google docs or similar tool
  • Ability to travel once per quarter to trade shows for a week at a time
  • Sales/Operations experience is a PLUS
 
WHAT WILL YOU DO?   
As an ISP Relationship Specialist, you will implement sourcing plans and tactics while effectively managing the assigned portfolio and associated activities. Using your exceptional skills, you will maximize supplier performance while supporting business strategy as you complete the following: 
  • Serve as point of contact with carriers/vendors
  • Initiate new carrier/vendor onboarding process 
  • Drive resolution of escalations and issues affecting other departments 
  • Identify and execute new cost-saving initiatives
  • Engage in negotiations to maximize partner relationships
  • Monitor, manage, and support adherence to contract terms and conditions
  • Spearhead reporting on carrier/vendor performance, ensuring provisioning, repair and billing SLAs are met
  • Improve efficiencies by process change through collaboration across departments
