Your New Role:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our IT Infrastructure and providing technical support to keep the warehouse operations running seamlessly.

What You Need:

Education and/or Experience
- Technical program completion, associate degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience Preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus not required.
Technical Skills Desired
- Technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required with a heavy emphasis on troubleshooting.
- Understanding of computer networking
- Laser and thermal printers
- Microsoft Office applications
Additional Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite, and friendly manner, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a manufacturing environment
- Availability for after-hours and on-call on a rotational schedule.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution facility environment.
Physical Demands
- The ability to bend, squat, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- The willingness to work occasionally in a dusty environment.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
