An Omaha organization is looking for an inside sales representative to join their team. They are looking for the right talent with experience working in multiple computer systems and will act as liaison between the company sales team and clients to take orders, understanding the customers’ needs to recommend products, service, maintenance, and repairs related to purchased equipment to solve issues. Job duties of the inside sales representative include:
- The primary role of the inside sales representative is to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process
- Sales rep will answer any customer inquiries and send follow-up information as needed
- As an inside sales representative, you will keep up with product and service information as well as any relevant updates
- Will have to be able to build instant rapport and build customer satisfaction
- Assisting customers & service technicians by troubleshooting, quoting, ordering, and providing equipment
- Assists outside sales representatives with their orders
- Ensures that all customers receive their copy of the invoice
- Professional and friendly customer service to all customers, suppliers, delivery drivers, etc
- Handle customer complaints tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern, and deals directly with customer complaints stemming from equipment issues
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
Requirements for inside sales representative:
- Associates degree preferred or 3 years of relevant Inside sales, manufacturing sales, hydraulic sales
Job details for the inside sales representative include:
- Starting base pay of $50000 / year + Commission
- Direct Hire position
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Health Insurance, Dental, AFLAC supplemental, 401K, Health savings account, life insurance Holiday and PTO
