Inspector Programmer

Our client has been a leading precision component engineering company in the Clearwater area for over 65 years. Due to increased demand of their products, we are currently searching for dependable and motivated candidates to fill their open 1st shift.



Duties include:
Review all customer issued specifications, drawings, and ECO s.
Review internal engineering drawings and specifications.
Interpretation of drawings/specs.
Establish inspection processes/plans.
Create and validate inspection programs.
Work with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering.
Maintain all proper documentation.
Create, input, and edit part geometry.

Requirements include:
A minimum 1 yr. practical experience in an inspection function environment.
Must complete company-provided forklift operator training.
High School diploma/GED
Must have working knowledge of PC DMIS software.
Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense Quality System requirements (AS, ISO).
Advanced geometric tolerance/print interpretation.
Mil-spec. interpretation.
Advanced blueprint reading and math skills.
Standard inspection tools, advanced gauging, C.M.M. s application.
Ability of color distinction using Pseudo chromatic plates testing or equivalent method.
Minimum of 20/25 vision corrected or uncorrected in one eye using Jaeger type 1 test or equivalent method.
