Duties of the insurance sales customer service representative:

Maintaining sales goals and industry leading service standards
Timely outreach to all inbound leads to include website applications and answering inbound calls
Communicate openly and effectively with team members, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Take ownership of assigned tasks, displaying a proactive attitude and a commitment to achieving team and organizational success.

Perks of the insurance sales customer service representative:

Base pay $15.25/hour plus commission
Monday through Friday schedule
