Team1Medical is teaming up with a recognized public health clinic in the Yoctangee Park area to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide care, treatment, and general welfare of individuals residing in the Chillicothe or Lucasville area.   • Competitive hourly rate of $20 - $23 an hour
  • Direct Hire Opportunity is offered in two locations, Chillicothe, and Lucasville, OH. Work Schedule will vary upon location; Monday – Friday in Chillicothe, OH, 4:00 am to 12:00 pm, or Monday – Friday in Lucasville, OH, 12:000 am – 8:00 am. Sign-on bonus of up to $1,500!The building in Chillicothe is located adjacent to Yoctangee Park, various restaurants, Dard Hunter Historical Marker, and more to enjoy during breaks and lunchtime!
  • The building in Lucasville is located by Highway 23 and is surrounded by various restaurants and shopping centers to visit during breaks and lunchtime
  • Work in a parent-centric facility where the focus is on people, not their budget
Your New Role:
  • Record and monitor patient vital signs and symptoms
  • Enter IVs and perform phlebotomy for laboratory results
  • Perform basic and advanced routine and non-routine nursing tasks to promote the health of the individuals
  • Perform the assessment, care, and treatment of individuals
  • Relay information to other team members, such as the Primary Care Provider, social worker, psychologist, and other nurses
  • Enter data and maintain personnel records
What You Need:
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is required
  • An unencumbered RN License and the ability to practice in Ohio are required
  • A minimum of 1+ years of related work experience is required
  • A current American Heart Association CPR certification is required
  • Strong attention to detail, team player, and written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
