What You Will Do:
- Provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Taking customer orders, giving pricing information, performing consultative sales, and explaining services and benefits to customers
- Support to new and existing customers
- Update customers regarding shipments as required via phone, email, and web-based channels.
- Handle and resolve complaints.
- Monitor shipments from order entry through delivery to ensure on-time performance is met.
- Other duties as needed.
- Minimum if 2yrs industry experience
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication, orally and written.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures including basic computer skills.
- Solid critical thinking skills and detail-oriented.
