Machine Operator 
 
Our client has been a specialty fabric innovator and leader in the Huntersville area for nearly 20 years.  Due to rapid growth and increased demand in their unique product, we are currently seeking hard working, self-driven, and reliable candidates to fill their open creel operator positions. 
 
What will you be doing?
  • Replenishing raw material to ensure that the machine stays completely stocked. 
  • Threading creel (yarn like material) through small holes.  
  • Monitoring creel to ensure the spools are in place and not depleted. 
  • Walking through aisles to identify any issues and quickly correcting them.

 What’s required?
  •  Entry level opportunity: however, some production experience is required. 
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently over short to moderate distances. 
  • Must have a demonstrated work history or reliability and performance. 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
 
What’s the details?
  • 1ST Shift 6AM – 2:30PM
  • 2nd Shift 2PM – 10:30PM
  • 3rd Shift 10PM – 6:30AM 
  • Pay: $15.00/hr + shift differentials
