What you will do:

• Operate various production equipment such as punch presses, wire benders, wire shears and tube benders; used to shape, form, punch or bend wire, flat metal, and tubular parts. 
• Unload formed parts; load various formed and straight wire parts into fixtures used on manual, 
• Automated and robotic welding equipment. Remove parts from fixtures and place in containers. 
• Complete move tickets; place on material handling containers. Inspect quality of parts.
• Report labor hours and part quantity in MES system.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Press Breaks
• Punch Presses
• Wire Shears
• Wire Benders
• Hydraulic Presses
• Wire Parts Jig Loaders (Travel Weld Loader, Baby Seat Loader, Grill Loader, Liner Loader, Misc. Welded Wire Parts)
