Machine Operator
Are you ready to join a growing, leading company due to its ability to service leading industries in heavy equipment such as components for Military and heavy-duty equipment?
Our client is seeking additional team members who want to grow their skill level and join a world-leading industry. All skill levels are accepted!
What you will do:
- Read, interpret and perform operations based on specifications
- Follow the products and overall process of forming the product
- Review program specifications or blueprints to determine operations
- Stop machines to remove finished material or changing tooling, or material placement
- Deburr, file, conduct inspections, wash parts, and use air blowers to remove material from threads
- Note downtime and production at the end of the day
What you need:
- Basic machine operations and use of hand tools or relative experiences
- Experience in a machine shop preferably, not required
- Ability to see details at close range and pay close attention to detail
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and awareness of safety requirements.
