Job Description
Multi-Spindle Machine Operator
Area leader for quality precision-machined components, is seeking a Warner & Swasey multi-spindle machine operator for Maple Heights location. This is an excellent 1st shift opportunity for an operator with the ability / experience to check parts. Starting pay is $17.00 / hr., and this position is intended to be permanent!
Duties include:
- Experience using dial calipers and micrometers to check parts
- Ability to lift 50lbs throughout shift
- Operate one or more Warner & Swasey Bar machines, Thread Roller, related equipment
- Confirm part tolerances with measuring equipment such as dial calipers
- May assist with set up or adjustments to tooling
- Responsible for completing daily tally sheets and maintaining work area
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Benefits:
- $17/hr. for operating and checking parts.
- Contract to hire (permanent opportunity)
