Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX
What Matters Most:
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure the operational excellence of all processes, maximize machine efficiency, and oversee maintenance initiatives within our service center. This role plays a vital part in maintaining safe work practices and supporting the General Manager in equipment analysis and CAPEX projects.
Your New Role:
As a Maintenance Manager, you will:
- Support preventative maintenance programs.
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling to minimize downtime while upholding safety standards.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems and provide technical support.
- Maintain and monitor the PDM system.
- Execute CAPEX projects within approved budgets and timelines.
- Direct and support maintenance employees.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Train and develop maintenance personnel.
Your Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A 4-year college degree (preferred).
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems (automation background is a plus).
- Experience overcoming complex integration system challenges.
- Strong process development and operational success record.
- Ability to develop and manage project plans with a budget.
- Documented OSHA safety training and/or accreditation (preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of maintenance experience in a high-volume production, agricultural, or distribution facility.
- Experience in high-volume 24-hour production/warehouse environments.
- Safety program management experience.
- Flexibility to work flexible schedules/hours.
