Maintenance Technician

Night Shift 6am-5:30pm OR 5pm-6am

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $25 – 28 /hr. DOE

A privately owned aluminum extrusion company that has been in business for over 40 years is seeking a Maintenance Tech to assist their busy operations. There has been a tremendous amount of growth over that time, so they are looking to add to their team! We currently looking for Entry Level Maintenance Techs for Day and Night Shift in Dallas, TX. 

Position Overview:

This position requires you to work on heavy industrial machinery using your experience with motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulic systems, single phase and three phase electricity, conveyor systems, and production machines in a non- climate-controlled facility. This is a hands-on position that requires you to be out in the plant working on industrial machinery. 

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications and troubleshoot malfunctions.  
• Exposure/Interest in the areas of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical 
• Interest in developing skills in industrial maintenance, industrial technology, mechanical drawing, math, computer programming, electronics, or another related field 
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability 
• Should possess strong manual dexterity
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends
