Responsibilities for the Maintenance Tech include:
Work with each department to get the most out of each piece of equipment.
Incorporate efficient methods and programs to extend the life of all systems.
Work with production to improve production facilities, reduce costly breakdowns and help develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of the plant, personnel and production processes.
Maintenance will implement and maintain systems (computer) to schedule, track and record planned and unplanned work. This includes control of maintenance tools, supplies, manuals, schematics, equipment, etc.
Maintenance works closely with suppliers to procure requirement components or supplies.
Responsible for monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
Responsible for training personnel on the equipment and systems they operate, including periodic audits.
Requirements for the Maintenance Tech:
Experience with fabrication equipment: Lasers, CNC Turrets, CNC Press Brakes, Waterjets, Robotic Welders, etc.
Electrical: single and three phase
Diagnostics, CNC controls, PLCs, Relay logic
Building/Vehicles: HVAC, lighting, forklifts, box trucks
Organized, attention to detail and dependable
High School diploma or equivalent
Extensive maintenance experience
Able to read complex blue prints
Must have own tools
Able to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis
Shift, Pay, and Benefits:
1st shift, Monday Friday
Pay up to $25/hr. based on experience
