Job Description
Maintenance Technician
The Reserves Network is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for a busy food manufacturer in the South Orlando area. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of production machines, conveyors, pneumatics, and electrical.
What a typical day will look like:
- Preventative maintenance on food production equipment
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and makes repairs or adjustments as needed
- Ensure all equipment throughout the industrial plant is operating correctly
- Adhere to scheduled maintenance program
- Spot welding as needed
What you need:
- 3 – 5 years experience in industrial maintenance
- Basic Computer and Troubleshooting skills
- Electrical, Refrigeration / Commercial HVAC/R Certification preferred
- Experience with PLC’s, proximity switches, inverters, and the use of testing equipment
- Read and interpret blue prints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Welding stainless steel (Tig and Mig) preferred
- Experience in the operation of steam and hydronic boilers preferred
- Experience with nature gas burners preferred
- Experience with pneumatic compressors, cylinders, valve, etc
- Have own hand tools
What is in It for You:
- Pay $25 - $35 per hour
- 2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm, 3rd shift 11:00pm – 7:00am
- Weekend work required, rotating shift
