DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the capital equipment or machinery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in Lean manufacturing
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and communication skills.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and other manufacturing software.
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? 
As the Manufacturing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in senior operations leadership within a manufacturing environment, particularly in the capital equipment or machinery industry.
 
WHAT WILL YOU DO?   
  • Lead the manufacturing team by providing strategic guidance, ensuring maximum production efficiency, and upholding stringent quality standards.
  • Leverage comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and supply chain management to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement efforts by implementing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, aiming to boost productivity and minimize wastage.
  • Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Integrate and apply lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to further optimize operational efficiency, enhance productivity, and reduce waste within the manufacturing
  • Showcase an unwavering dedication to safety and quality standards, ensuring strict compliance with regulations and fostering a safety-conscious culture throughout the manufacturing facility.
