Location: Wylie, TX

Salary: $18-20/hour DOE

A privately owned aluminum extrusion company that has been in business for over 40 years is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to join their busy operation. There has been a tremendous amount of growth over that time, so they are looking to add to their team! 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of team members – per departmental assignment
• Training
• Coaching
• Counseling
• Conducting/participating in departmental and/or plant-wide meetings

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50 pounds
• Move about the plant and office
• Communicate efficiently and effectively in person
• Work well with a team
