Manufacturing Team Member (Entry Level)

Temp-to-Hire

Location: Wylie, TX

Salary: $15/hour 

A privately owned aluminum extrusion company that has been in business for over 40 years is seeking an entry level Manufacturing Team Member to join their busy operation. There has been a tremendous amount of growth over that time, so they are looking to add to their team! 

Responsibilities:

• Handle metal loading or unloading on or off line, or packing into bundles 

Requirements:

• Background in production/manufacturing (assembly line or machine operating)
• Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50 pounds
• Move about the plant and office
• Turn on and operator various equipment in the applicable environment
• Communicate efficiently and effectively in person
• Complete required paperwork
• Be able to work overtime as needed; currently working 12 hour shifts, 5-6 days per week, with a potential to work 7 days a week
