Job Description
Material Handler
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Material Handlers to help organize our storage areas, fulfill, and complete orders, and maintain our inventory. This position will eventually develop into a Machine Operator position. Employees will need be able to train on 1st shift before transferring to 2nd or 3rd shift full time.
What You Will Do:
- Check incoming deliveries to make sure all ordered material meets quality standards
- Maintain efficient production daily while setting up machines and packing out products
- Load and unload packages
- Pull material to fulfil orders properly
- Document orders, materials, and any stock movements
- Monitors the production process and performs visual inspections and quality testing
What You Need:
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Machine Operator, Warehouse Associate, or similar position
- Must be able to handle and work around fiberglass
- Ability to learn technical processes to operate equipment and machinery
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs. while bending, squatting, kneeling, or standing for long periods of time
- High School Diploma or GED
