Duties Include:
Loading and Unloading:
Obtains material required for work orders and stages the parts by loading area in preparation for hanging.
Selects proper hooks for part hanging aimed at achieving expected quality and maximizing the space utilized in the conveyor line.
Load or unloads product to or from the paint line and palletizes it as required, while minimizing conveyor line stoppages. Delivery of parts to appropriate location after unloading.
Ensures quantities are loaded to the line per work order requirements.
Conduct required quality inspections and documentation.
Keeps the hooks in an organized manner and ensures appropriate separation of hooks based on the amount of paint coverage.
Shipping:
Confirm all required units, per the pick list are available for Shipping. Collaborate with Assembly department for any variances observed between system requirements and physical material available.
Pick stock items required for order completion, including hanging kits and frame kits.
Prepare the product for shipping by consolidating material, banding skids, and wrapping with all necessary materials.
Weigh material as needed, utilizing forklift.
Configure and stage pallets for truck loading with the goal of maximizing cubing.
Assembly:
Prepare assembly lines for next day s production by documenting work orders received from planning in appropriate logs and preparing them for customer drawing and label printing.
Pick and stage required manufactured and purchased components for assigned work orders.
Process stock and final assembly work orders as needed.

Requirements Include:
High school level math.
Able to communicate in English, both verbally and written.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (both verbally and written).
Working knowledge of computer-based tools ERP (JD Edwards and DSI preferred), MS Office Suite
Able to work overtime during the week and weekends.
Possess forklift license or obtain one, if deemed necessary by the organization.

Physical Requirements:
Bending, squatting, pushing pulling and the ability to lift up to 50LBS
