Mechanical Assembler
Anderson, TX 77830
Temporary
Schedule: 6am-430pm
$16.00-$17.69 an hour; based on experience
Large distribution hub for global oil tools supplier has an immediate need for an experienced Mechanical Assembler on a long-term temporary basis. Client is ready to interview qualified candidates today to start tomorrow!
What You Will Do:
- Assist in installing parts according to required specifications of unit being assembled
- Assist in hose assembly routing
- Assist in the testing of assembled parts to ensure functionality
- Read, interpret and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to determine component parts and assembly sequence
- Identify and report any faulty components or hazardous conditions during the assembly process
- Ensure all work performed is in a quality minded, tidy & accurate manner
What You Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in mechanical assembling
- Experience using shop tools and equipment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
