Are you Mechanically inclined with the experience of CAD 2D or 3D? Are you looking for a company that you can grow in and use your skills to design custom fixtures and mechanical components? If so we have an amazing opportunity in a local manufacturing facility here in the Gaston area! 

What will you be doing? 

• Research and analyze data such as customer design specification and/or requirements to determine manufacturing feasibility and application performance of product. 
• Design the custom fixture and mechanical components plus secondary manufacturing machining as needed. 
• Plan and direct work schedule for reports. 
• Create specifications and proposal drawings to support sales and estimate. 
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for operations in plants. 
• Work with the clients to ensure that the prototype meets deadline.

What is required? 

• MUST have CAD experience 2D or 3D
• Basic Drafting Skills
• Mechanically Inclined
• Manufacturing Experience
• Great communication skills
