Job Description

The Reserves Network has partnered with a nationwide healthcare system to find a medical receptionist to work in St Louis area clinic. If you are looking for that small company feel with the security of a large established employer, look no further!

Duties of the medical receptionist include:

Heavy inbound patient call volume
Ensures appropriate communication, including scheduling, refilling prescriptions, and processing messages
Call patients with lab, test results
Scan medical records and test results accurately into Epic in a timely manner
Proficient in electronic media record use

Requirements for the medical receptionist include:

Prior medical office experience, unit secretary or similar required
Well versed in medical terminology
Registered MA or EMT is preferred
Must have experience with electronic medical record software, preferable Epic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
