Mill Operator

• Follow all food and personal safety rules and regulations
• Coordinate with Head Miller to process the transfer of all flour products
• Perform quality analysis and food safety checks
• Perform sampling and testing of wheat and water to make appropriate adjustments to wheat cleaning
• Assist with mill equipment repairs and routine maintenance

• Must be able to prioritize and organize tasks
• Maintain open communication with internal and external customers
• Knowledge of Microsoft and computer software 
• Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve
