$14.00 per hour

Hours:  10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Mon-Sat; 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday

No Selling and No Real Estate Experience Needed

Locations:  Alpharetta, Atlanta, Buford, Braselton, Cummings, Duluth, Grayson, Lawrenceville, North Decatur, and others

Retired and looking for part time work?  Returning to the workforce?  Currently taking real estate courses? Do you enjoy meeting new people? If so, this is a wonderful opportunity to work in lovely model homes for new home builders.  Assignments are part time, 1-3 days per week, flexible, close to home, and in a beautiful, stress-free environment.   

Essential Duties:

• Welcome potential home buyers into the model.
• Discover what the homebuyer is looking for in a new home by asking questions and taking notes.
• Provide model and community information.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to potential buyers and sales representatives.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy meeting people and providing excellent customer service.
• Professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Must be able to bend, stoop and climb stairs as necessary.
• Reliable transportation. 
• Must be at least 18 years old.
