Historical Niche Market Auto Company in Chardon, OH is seeking an Office Assistant for Invoicing and General Office
First shift, Monday through Thursday 8AM - 5:30 PM and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon
Temp-to-hire position
$14.00 to $16.00 based on experience

Duties include:
Creating/updating customer invoices
Answering phones
Ordering office supplies as needed
Light shipping
Any other general office duties assigned

Requirements include:

Knowledge of Excel & Quick Books is Required
Strong attention to detail and able to closely follow directions
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to work closely with owner to approve invoices
- must be extremely organized, detail oriented and patient
