The Reserves Network has partnered with an Omaha hospital to find a temporary Office Assistant. This hospital has been around for more than 100 years, they believe in education, research, teamwork, and accountability. Close to interstate access, shopping, and restaurants this position will not be open long.
Responsibilities of the office assistant:
Basic office/administrative responsibilities; Mail distribution, scanning/filing, answering phones.
Greet visitors and team to the area.
Deliver packages throughout the building.
Conduct inventory and order supplies as needed.
Special projects assigned as well.
Perks of the office assistant:
Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00pm
Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card, starting at $20.
