Operations Clerk

• ACE/ACI Manifest Data Entry – Responsible for obtaining required documentation and processing it through E-manifest system.
• Communicate with Canada and Laredo drivers regarding their trips
• Train with International Operations Officer to learn cross-border trucking, along with legal documents, filings, and reports 
• Support customers to ensure all paperwork and shipments meet customs requirements and customer expectations
• Enter data into ACE System for customs clearance at border crossings. 
• Update Trip Statuses in Truckmate as they occur.
• Process in-bonds as needed for cross-border shipments for customers  
• Bury Containers
• Any miscellaneous duties as directed by the International Operations Officer

• High School Diploma or GED
• AA Degree in business is preferred
• 3-4 years of office experience
• Experience with Imports / Exports is preferred
• MS Office Proficiency
• Exceptional conversational and customer service skills are needed for this position
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• $18 to $20 an hour 

• $18.00/hr
• 8:00am-5:00pm
