Job Description
Order Expeditor
The Reserves Network is currently hiring an Order Expeditor to work in a coffee & tea company in the Tampa area. As the Order Expeditor, you will assist with all orders for shipment, delivery or pickup, ensuring the accuracy of picking ticket(s), and receiving all incoming product/merchandise.
What a typical day will look like:
- Stages orders and verifies all orders against paperwork for delivery and route truck drivers.
- Completes all delivery, pick up, and UPS orders according to its designated timelines. (Schedule will be given).
- Handles and ships all UPS and LTL pickups.
- Generates bills of lading, shipping labels, and pickup requests for larger shipments as needed.
- Receive all incoming materials.
- Unload and store away all inventory items in its proper location upon arrival.
- Forklift Operation
- Check dates and rotate inventory using the FIFO method.
What you need:
- 1 to 2 years of order pulling or inventory control experience
- Lift to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Forklift operator experience
