What matters most as a P&C Insurance Sales Rep:
- $36k base salary with uncapped commissions
- Temp- Hire opportunity with potential for hybrid after 2 months in office
- Professional development offered
- Monday to Friday 9:30am-6pm PST AFTER 4-week training from 8am-4:30pm CST
- 3 medical plans, dental and vision

Your new role as a P&C Insurance Sales Rep:
- Maintaining sales goals industry leading service standards
- Timely outreach to all inbound leads including website applications and answering inbound calls
- Availability and dependability to multitask
- Highly focused on a total team environment
Your experience as a bilingual CSR:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in the insurance industry
- 2 years customer service experience
- Prior sales experience
- Current P&C License
