Packing Lead Supervisor Night Shift [Direct Hire}

$55,000 | Wylie, TX

Monday - Friday 6 pm - 6 am

A privately owned aluminum extrusion company that has been in business for over 40 years is seeking a Packing Supervisor to lead its busy operations. There has been tremendous growth, so they are expanding their teams! Apply today to jump-start your direct hire opportunity.

Packing Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise all packing department activities daily
Supervise the production, quality, and warehousing of product
Review work orders and packing specifications
Inspect and verify finished packaged goods
Ensure that the team meets all production targets and quality standards
Train and coach team members

Packing Supervisor Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2-5 years of supply chain management experience
Must be able to lead 20+ employees, including leads and production personnel
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Available to work the night shift 6 pm – 6 am
