Time Systems Specialist

Leading provider of infection prevention and other procedural products and services in Mentor since 1985. The company is focused primarily on healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device Customers.

           Up to 19.63/hr based on experience

           1st shift 8AM 5PM

 

Duties include:

         Timely processing of various records, including labor input from Kronos, ETK (Electronic Time Keeping System) and MyTime

         Primary facility contact/administrator of the timekeeping system; responds to and assists in resolving difficult and sensitive requests

          Reviews and processes payroll adjustments when necessary

         Coordinates all local quality control of the timekeeping system

         Processes manual timesheets as needed

         Work with 3rd part time management system for any system issues

         Works daily reports including reviewing reports and updating employee profiles to ensure accurate processing of employee timecards

         Coordinates all training activities for the implementation and use of the timekeeping system for directors, managers, and time keepers ensuring that the companies policy and procedures are being followed throughout the organization.

         Develops an operational and technical expertise of the timekeeping system

         Run necessary payroll, timecard, and ad hoc reports when needed

         Assists supervisor with timekeeping specific implementation projects that affect payroll and human resources

         High degree of attention to detail, accuracy and follow through is a must

         Payroll and HRIS systems contain highly sensitive and confidential information which requires this position to maintain the ability to handle all information with professionalism and confidentiality

         Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

         High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

         Minimum 3-5 years of experience processing a multi-state payroll required

         Associates degree preferred

         Experience working with payroll systems is required, preferably ADP

         Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; Database data entry & reporting required

         Working knowledge of how to navigate various fields in a timekeeping system required

         Timecard processing required

         Experience working with Kronos preferred

         CPP or FPC preferred
