Northeast Ohio s largest privately owned property management and development firm has an immediate opening for a Payroll/Recruiting Administrator.  Responsible for management and processing of conventional and senior site payrolls, and also work directly with Human Resources for recruitment.

         Salary based on experience

         8:30 5:00 Monday through Thursday; Friday option of 8:00 4:30 (30 minute off the clock break)

         Temp to hire position

         Benefits offered on 1st of month after 30 days of hire in date.


Position is fast paced and requires extreme attention to detail as well as problem-solving ability.

Duties include:



-          Serve as primary payroll processing person in department

-          Prepare BWC reports throughout the year



-          Work with VP of Human resources for recruitment

-          Post all open positions

-          Schedule/coordinate interview process

-          Maintain relationship with Employment Agencies

-          Attend job fairs


Requirements include:


         3-5 years experience in payroll or human resources

         College Diploma preferred

         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

         Ability to maintain accuracy, multi-tasking and time-efficiency while working

         Positive attitude and appearance at all times

        Ability to handle confidential information at all times
