Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Pay starts at $50K & increases based on experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

2+ years of multi-state payroll experience preferred
Full process payroll experience
Expert level of Excel - Proficiency in vlook ups and pivot tables are a must
Working knowledge of ADP
Excellent communication skills by phone and in person
High level of attention to detail

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Responsible for the preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll and confirm the accuracy of final payroll results.
Ensure all final payments are made in accordance with termination laws and manual payments are processed as needed.
Processes garnishment orders, withholding orders or levies including facilitating payments to agencies.
Set up new employees and benefit deductions
Answer payroll questions from employees that call in to the office
