DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Proven experience in financial management and control
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of financial software
  • Excellent communication, rapport, and follow-through with all departments.
  • An analytical mindset
  • Good management/leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of all aspects of US GAAP 
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? 
As the Plant Controller, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting within the facility. Duties will also include assisting in managing human resources, payroll, information technology, and other office/property management needs. If you are a seasoned financial professional with a strategic mindset and passion for driving results, I invite you to contribute to our client’s success.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?  
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Balance sheet and P&L submitted to Corporate monthly
  • Oversee cash flow and liquid management 
  • Monitor banking activities and ensure compliance with financial policies
  • Report monthly borrowing base update reviewed with CFO and submitted to Bank
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain positive vendor relationship
  • Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for optimization
  • Daily/weekly reporting of purchases, inventory receipts, supplier and customer advances, production, and shipping volumes, and reporting out to the President/CFO.
  • Ownership of ERP system processes and security
