What Matters Most a  Plastic Process Molding Technician:
  • Competitive pay ranging from $24 – $27 an hour
  • On-site position located in the Mebane area.
  • 12 hour rotating shift, 1 day (8a-8p) and 1 night shift (8p-8a)
  • Preferred RJG Decoupled Molding Training (Sys1, Master Molder 1)
Your New Role as a Plastic Process  Molding Technician:
As a Process Technician, you will have a big impact on leadership, safety and compliance, production management, machine setup, maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting, quality assurance and workplace organization. 

Process Technician Skills and Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years’ experience in injection molding 
  • Basic blueprint reading and math skills.
  • Computer literacy and good communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
