Job Description
Powder Coating / Painter
The Reserves Network is currently hiring a Powder Coater / Painter to work for a manufacturer in Clearwater, FL. The Powder Coater / Painter is responsible for the powder spray or painting including prep clean-up of chairs that ship to Orthodontists, Pediatric Dentists, Oral Surgeons, and other healthcare professionals worldwide.
What you will do:
- Prep parts for painting; wash with paint degreasing products including sandblasting and plugging all holes.
- Apply paint to product using manual spray gun.
- Assure that all products painted meet the quality and application standards.
- Understand the essential parameters of spray painting, including color changing.
- Inspect all work and communicate with co-workers when defects or problems are detected.
- Change hooks/racks as production requires and assure that all hooks and racks are maintained to give specific quality
What you will need:
- Experience with powder coating or industrial spray painting
- Ability to read drawings and interpret
- Shop Math
What is in it for you:
- Pay $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
- 1st shift 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday - Friday
