Essential job duties of the Bindery Operator:
  1. Coordinate with production team to produce and prioritize jobs
  2. Participate as a key player of the production team by supporting operations as needed. 
  3. Perform all bindery functions as noted on job tickets.  
  4. Package jobs, complete job tickets and other documents as necessary and place in the assigned areas. 
  5. Clean and maintain equipment and work area following maintenance procedures and update maintenance logs. 
  6. Monitor and manage bindery supplies, order stock as instructed. 
  7. Inform supervisor of equipment problems. 

Qualifications:
  1. Minimum One year experience 
  2. High school diploma/GED with experience or vocational/technical certification.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Good mathematical skills.
  5. Able to apply written instructions to machine set-up and maintenance.
  6. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and attention to workstation.
