Your New Role:
As a Product Owner - IAM, you will serve as the “voice of the customer” ensuring products and experiences delivered meet the customer's needs. You will play a key part on the team as you:
- Identify Product Team Goals and provide Product Team guidance and direction
- Define User Stories, drive release planning, and lead various Agile activities and ceremonies
- Generate metrics for the teams to use and learn where improvements can be made
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and delivery team(s)
- Define what should be built on behalf of the relevant business team(s) and why
- Identify user needs, determine functional requirements and features, work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases, and coordinate sprints
- Deliver and support business requirements and security remediation
- Ensure the outcome of key architectural roadmap items
Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7-10 years related work experience
- 3+ years professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Team Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Knowledge of software development practices and procedures
- Experience working in application lifecycle management tools such as Azure, JIRA, or Rally
- Deep understanding and experience with driving and owning secure cloud identity and access management product delivery
