Product Support Representative
The Reserves Network is currently hiring Product Support Representative for a chair manufacturer in Clearwater, FL. As Product Support Representative, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with company equipment through telephone and internet support.

What a typical day will look like:
  • Assist customers from the initial call to the end solution in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner.
  • Track all service calls; accurate data entry into CRM, opening & closing orders and cases.
  • Inspect and tests malfunctioning equipment, follow specifications and use testing and analysis instruments.
  • Disassemble malfunctioning equipment and remove, repair, or replace defective parts, such as motors, clutches, or transformers.
  • Test or calibrate components or equipment, utilizing manuals and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Use technical manuals; attend training sessions to maintain current knowledge.
  • Follow technical processes to create efficiencies and maximize productivity.
  • Research catalogs or repair part lists to locate sources for repair parts, requisitioning parts and recording their receipt.
  • Plan and implement work assignments, using blueprints, schematic drawings, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, or liquid or air flow sheets, following prescribed regulations, directives, or other instructions as required.
  • Diagnose causes of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of the operational equipment; performs preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • Plan, direct, and record periodic electrical testing, and escalate, recommends or modification to QM or replacement of equipment that fails to meet acceptable operating standards.
  • Contribute expertise to develop medical maintenance standard operating procedures
What you need:
  • -4 years of experience in hands on product repair.
  • Customer service experience 
  • Good planning and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail oriented and focused.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
