Your New Role as a Production Associate:
As a Production Associate be responsible for streamlining repairs parts logistics, ensuring efficient component movement within the repairs department, and coordinating transfer to/from production departs, the warehouse, and shipping/receiving areas. Additionally, you’ll actively engage in a range of hands-on department tasks and work directly on parts/components to enhance production.
What You Need as a Production Associate:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years experience working in manufacturing
• Forklift and Overhead crane experience
• Ability to follow instructions, effectively prioritize tasks, and efficiently multitask
• Must be reliable and have good attendance and the ability to thrive in a team environment
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
