Your New Role:
As a Production Manager, you will play a critical role within the organization managing supervisors and production employees to execute the master production schedule, managing the plant MBO, partnering with engineering and maintenance to continuously improve labor and machine efficiencies, and working closely with the Director of Manufacturing and all matters relating to plant operations.
What You Need:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 5 + years of manufacturing management experience
- Manufacturing Operations Management (MPS, Inventory Control, SPC)
- CPIM certification desired but not required
- EPR system knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
