Production Scheduler

Growing Western Lake County Aerospace and Defense company is expanding and looking for part-time 1st shift production scheduler. Are you organized and detail oriented? What You Will Do:

Increasing efficiency and solving issues in shipping and delivery times and productivity delays
Working with production supervisors to schedule production runs in an efficient manner
Creating and managing budgets for product chains
Negotiating with vendors to decrease costs and increase efficiency
Other duties as assigned

What You Need:

Five years’ experience with direct scheduling and production control for a fast-paced manufacturing operation
Associate’s degree; or equivalent of education and experience
CNC machining knowledge/experience a plus
Strong attention to detail, highly organized and assertive
