What Matters Most:
  • Lead and optimize production processes in ethanol manufacturing.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
  • Supervise and motivate the production crew and foster teamwork.
  • Collaborate with various departments for seamless operations.
  • Lead a team of 5+ reporting to the Production Manager who reports to the COO
  • Relocation assistance provided
Your New Role:
  • Coordinate with the Production Manager to achieve production goals.
  • Support company values and engagement processes.
  • Schedule and oversee production crew tasks effectively.
  • Provide training and motivation to operators.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Monitor and adjust plant operations for efficiency.
  • Ensure quality control and product integrity.
Your Experience:
  • Associate’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in industrial & continuous process manufacturing
  • 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and develop personnel.
  • Shift work: 12+ hours shift; 4 days on and 4 days off; includes OT, Weekends & Holidays
