We have partnered with a busy Tampa Real Estate Design/Build Development Company for dynamic, high profile multifamily projects seeking an experienced Project Architect Licensed In Florida to join their St. Petersburg Team.

You re an Architect and excited about your 8+ years of experience working on multifamily residential buildings through every phase, from schematic design to construction documentation and administration. Your portfolio contains townhome, mid-rise and hotel projects, and you want to work in a design/build environment that s team oriented and collaborative.
You re ready to advance your professional, technical, communications, and managerial skills to the next level in a Project Architect role. And you already have the professional degree, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe experience to back it up.
On a daily basis, you ll be responsible for the preparation of project plans, diagrams, renderings, specifications, documentation of permit drawings and presentation renderings, plus help to supervise, coordinate and build relationships with external partners including architectural firms. And you ll be directly involved in the day-to-day construction activities where you will see, touch and feel your work come to life.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 8+ years of technical experience in architecture.
-Completed Professional degree in Architecture.
-Prior experience in multifamily and hospitality projects.
-Is capable with semi-urban and urban projects.
-Knowledge of architecture and architectural principles and techniques.
-Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
-General knowledge of construction principles and practices.
-Ability to interpret applicable building codes, local ordinances, and regulatory agencies.
-Ability to work with municipalities for approvals.
-Licensed in Florida and able to sign drawings and documents.
-Strong skills in Autodesk Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite.
-Can produce a set of drawings.
-Strong rendering capabilities and aesthetic a plus.
-Ability to communicate effectively among team members and leadership.
-Reports to head of construction.
