Job Description
- Secured the timely preparation and submission of Building Permits
- Deliver and pick up permits from city and county permit offices
- Support team with requesting/tracking need documentation, architectural drawings, and site plans
- Ensure proper coding of all site invoices, and purchase orders, and submit check requests
- Provide the closing department with a certificate of occupancy
- Coordinate with the consultants (architect, engineering, soils, etc.) for a timely and complete building plan package submission
- Responsible for timely and accurate data entry
- Prepare and distribute start packages for Construction Managers, upload digital versions to BuildPro, and maintain accurate electronic files in SharePoint.
- Accurate Data Entry and strong attention to selections and coding
- MS Word and Excel experience
- SharePoint and BuildPro are a huge plus
- Ability to communicate professionally with departments
- Able to multitask and is detail-oriented completing deadlines simultaneously
- Must be a detail-oriented team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a heavy volume workload
- Excellent follow-up and time management skills
