What a typical day will look like: 
  • Lead panel assembly associates in the assembly of control panel projects.
  • Assure project documentation is up-to-date and properly filed.  Assure documentation on shop floor is accurate during project execution.
  • Interface with external customers to assure timely completion and that internal and customer expectations and quality requirements are met.  
  • Act as point of contact for customer on-site visits and quality testing.
  • Maintain project BOM and project documentation to assure accurate billing of projects.
  • Train shop floor associates in panel assembly techniques and skills 
  • Provide positive input on methods and opportunities to improve quality and productivity.
  • Participate in and occasionally lead production process development activities
  • Perform other essential tasks as assigned and accept work assignments and projects which may require additional training.
What You Need: 
  • Technical or business degree associates minimum, (bachelors preferred) and / or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Problem solving and team leadership skills. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Solid computer and MS-Office skills
  • Familiarity with NEC, UL, CSA standards.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 systems and requirements.
