Property Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join a reputable single-family home real estate business. As a Property Manager, you will oversee the management and maintenance of our residential properties, ensuring the satisfaction of both our tenants and property owners. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that, with good attendance and a great work ethic, can lead to a long and rewarding career with many opportunities for advancement.
What will you do:
  • Manage a portfolio of single-family homes, ensuring efficient operations and tenant satisfaction.
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, documenting property conditions and addressing any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare lease agreements, collect rent payments, and enforce lease terms and property rules.
  • Safely handle keys to vacate and occupied properties, ensuring proper security and adherence to company protocols.
What do you need:
  • Previous experience in leasing and managing single-family homes is essential.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance and have access to a privately-owned vehicle for property visits and inspections.
  • The ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted is required for property maintenance tasks.
  • Must be proficient in using property management software and computer applications for record-keeping and communication.
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A Real Estate license is preferred not required
